the location provided easy access to transportation and many attractions i liked that. the staff were friendly and helpful i found that valuable. the hotel has a starbucks, a nice convenience.

my room key card stopped working on multiple occasions i found this frustrating. the front desk issued new cards, but the problem persisted this was inconvenient.

My five nights were excellent. The location is convenient with easy access to major landmarks. I received a room upgrade, it offered a amazing city view. The service was excellent. Staff were helpful and attentive to every need.
