great location with decent amenities
convenient location functional layout
the hotel location is really convenient. everything is accessible and close, like restaurants and shops. the room itself had a functional layout and good temperature regulation. it helped me rest after a long day, but the view was amazing!
the check-in was a little slow. i waited longer than expected. the front desk seemed understaffed during peak hours.

central location spacious room
The location is indeed central, near the places i visited. Front desk early check-in was handled with ease. The room was very clean and spacious (i was so glad!).
I found that the hotel is in need of updated decor. The carpeting and painting require some care to improve its reputation.

The premium room on the 21st floor was cultured. It featured a suitable room, a great view, and a suitably sized bathroom. The beds were comfortable.

The staff was friendly. Tenzin's support at the front desk was appreciated, i think everybody was very friendly during my short stay. Guillermo was very helpful and accommodating during our welcome.

The location is great for walkers and close to several attractions. The hotel is near the most important places, providing easy access to key sites. It is conveniently located near Columbus Circle and other landmarks.

I found the hotel staff to be very helpful. josie, ariana, and allison were particularly friendly and efficient. They quickly took care of all my needs! i also got a room with a perfect view, it was exactly what i wanted.
The gym was quite basic. it lacked air conditioning, towels, and even drinking water, uncomfortable during workouts. i also noticed some of the weight machines were not fully functional. This limited my workout options.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff provided helpful information. They clearly explained all the hotel amenities. housekeeping responded quickly to requests for extra towels, delivering them promptly to my room. the concierge offered useful tips for local attractions!

central location fresh look
The location is central. It made seeing all the big attractions so simple (especially the theater district!). The room was clean and updated. I was happy with the fresh look.
The elevators were occasionally slow, leading to some waiting time during peak hours.

the location was great near the tourist area. the staff helped me get what i needed. the room was clean and updated nicely. it had wallpaper and chandeliers too!
the air conditioning was noisy! though it couldn't be turned off.
