The location is indeed super. it's walking distance to many attractions like central park, and broadway theaters. There are a lot of diners around too! a subway station is nearby, i had very easy access to different lines. i found the staff to be personable.
The hotel seemed outdated. I think some updates would improve the experience. the elevators were slow at times, and i experienced some wait.

The proximity to major attractions is a great benefit. Central park and times square are easy to reach. several subway lines are very near! this made getting around the city so much more convenient. it was amazing

the location proved convenient for seeing local landmarks. access to the subway was very close to the building. times square and central park were a short walk.
The room cleaning schedule was inconsistent. Some days it was thorough, other days less so.

The location was very nice-so close to everything i wanted to see and do! i really liked the room. It was large and clean. the bed was amazingly comfortable, and i slept so well. plus, the staff were very friendly and helpful-i really appreciated their service.
the elevators were a little slow, so i sometimes had to wait a bit.
