the location was very central! it was close to shopping, exercise classes and food. the free coffee in the lobby during early mornings was delicious. i liked the big bed, lots of space, and plenty of room to unpack in my room.
the staff and door men took a while to acknowledge or open doors. they would be talking to each other across the hallway. i had to say hello or good morning. the housekeeping came at strange times, 8am for the morning cleaning and 6pm for turn down.

The elevators were a real issue! there are only four, and one was often reserved for the rooftop. waiting for a lift took forever. It was quite annoying! also, the minibar was empty, i found that to be a cheap touch for a hotel in this price range.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning (a great way to start the day!). I also found the gym access quite convenient for my morning workouts.
The elevators were occasionally slow, requiring a bit of patience during peak hours.
