impressed with location and staff!

great location professional staff really good design nightly happy hour

I was charmed by the hotel's perfect location, just a short walk from times square. the staff was professional. They handled everything efficiently. i found the hotel's design to be really good. the nightly happy hour (especially the cocktails) was a bonus.

the old windows in the room did little to block out city noises.

Convenient Stay in Prime Location

excellent location quick delivery

The hotel's location is excellent for access to attractions. My room included a spacious area to rest after a long day. The staff quickly delivered extra towels when I requested them via phone. I appreciate that they addressed the issue right away.

The outdated sink in the bathroom took up needed space. I found this inconvenient as the bathroom felt cramped. I believe updated fixtures would greatly improve the room.

great location multiple elevators comfortable bed

the location is great and the train location helped a lot when traveling with luggage. multiple elevators are very helpful. i utilized a convenient water and ice station on the 4th floor daily (it was a lifesaver ). the bed and pillows in my room were super comfortable.

the location is excellent it is close to broadway shows and times square. rooms are clean and well kept. the lounge area offers a comfortable space.

the elevators sometimes experienced delays this caused minor inconvenience.

enjoyable stay near attractions

perfect location fresh towels

the hotel had a perfect location for seeing attractions. it was so close to times square, that walking was quick. i found it easy to see many things nearby. the room was very clean each day, and this included fresh towels.

the window in my room did let city noises inside. street conversations could be heard easily even from the eleventh floor. i needed better soundproofing to have a quieter sleep. it really affected my rest.

low pressure unusual charge

I expected more from my stay. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The shower head had low pressure and the tiles looked old. The hotel charged extra for storing luggage after checkout, it was quite unusual.
