efficient process essential amenities stylish design comfortable bed
My check-in process was very efficient. The room had all essential amenities and a very stylish design. The bed was particularly comfortable and I slept very well (this is important to me). The gym had ample machines.
I noticed a few areas in the hallways could have used a bit more attention from housekeeping.

amazing views convenient location friendly staff helpful staff
I loved the views from the upper floors. They were amazing!!! i saw the empire state building from my room and the statue of liberty from the 39th-floor bar. the location was also very convenient, near major attractions. the staff. They were friendly and helpful.
the elevator system was a bit confusing, needing some getting used to.

This hotel offers convenient access to several subway lines. Exploring the city is easy. major attractions are nearby, nice for spontaneous visits. i found many restaurants and shops within walking distance. This made everything so accessible.

perfect location charming bars comfortable bed easy exploring
i found the location perfect. it was so easy to walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and charming bars. transportation options were plentiful, it made exploring the entire city effortless. i adored that the room had everything i could possibly need, and the bed was just divine, supremely comfortable.

the breakfast was so good!!!! i mean it, a good beginning to the day with a spread i'll always remember. virgin team members at the restaurant were very nice, they turned every meal into a very special occasion.
