I found the location good. It's near some coffee shops and the subway. The room and the view was unmatched. Vanessa at the staff is an absolute sweetheart. She gave me such good energy every time I saw her.
I think the hotel is clean but very plain. It is lacking amenities. One might expect to find more at this price. There was a overcharge on my credit card.

the staff at the front desk was super friendly. they really helped me with directions and local tips. the room was clean too. the provided shampoo and body wash was a plus.
the shower had a very small head so it wasn't very comfortable. there was also no cupboard space so i had to leave my clothes in my suitcase. that was not very convenient.

The staff was helpful. The location is convenient, with the metro nearby. I found the lobby decor attractive. The lobby also had a coworking space vibe. Many people worked there.
The front desk was not as friendly as I expected. The room shook sometimes when the subway passed. This could bother light sleepers. There was a constant mechanical noise. The room was never completely quiet.

i found the staff very attentive . the hotel's location allowed quick access to several subway lines. the room design was thoughtful, and the layout maximized space. i appreciated the complimentary high-speed internet, it aided my work.
the elevators seemed a bit slow at times , especially during peak hours.
