I was not happy with the mandatory daily diner charge. it was $15 and i do not eat breakfast or unhealthy food. i could not use it toward a bottle of water costing $10, i had to spend the full $15 minimum. the pillows were also substandard. They were far too soft, and no alternative options were available.

this hotel has a great location. penn station and times square are close. easy transport links exist everywhere. the room was nice. it felt bigger than expected and it was very clean. i found all the facilities worked very well. the roof terrace is amazing, a big plus of the stay.
i dislike the fact they charge guest an extra $15 per day to redeem in the diner. i dont eat breakfast, and i dislike unhealthy food. i could not put it towards a bottle of water. i had to spend a minimum of $15.

the staff was always quick to help, i really appreciated that. my queen room was super clean and i liked daily water refills. location was perfect for exploring, everything was within walking distance.
the elevator wait times were really long, especially during peak hours. this made it difficult to stick to our schedule.
