surprised by this hotel
welcome drink grab breakfast daily service quirky room
i was greeted with water and soft drinks when i arrived. i appreciate the grab and go breakfast option they have. the room get serviced daily and that was great. the beds offered good comfort and i found the rooms quirky.
the room felt really small and i think the housekeeping service could improve.

small room noticeable noise
the location is great, a real plus for getting around (it is hard to beat).
i found the room smaller than expected. the temperature was difficult to regulate, and the air felt stale at times, it was quite annoying. the noise from nearby elevators was noticeable, impacting sleep quality.

friendly staff easy access modern room
the staff was great to any request i had. the hotel location gave easy access to subway. the rooms were clean and modern it was a pleasant experience.
the ac was a bit noisy at night it disturbed my sleep.

amazing location friendly staff great credit
the location is amazing with easy access to transportation. i found the staff friendly and helpful . the hotel provided a food and drink credit that i could use at the coffee shop or bar (i thought that was quite a nice touch).
the room was small, so space for luggage was limited.
