Fantastic Stay Near Central Park

Timothy, the doorman, offered the best advice on local attractions, he knew where everything was. The bellman tolerated our family and one million bags. It was a great help. Grisilia's warm welcome at the front desk was nice, and she walked me to the elevators! The rooms were updated.
The assigned 'park view' room did not provide a full park view, trees blocked the view. I feel the upcharge was deceptive. It only offered a view of trees in front of the park, not the park itself. More transparency would be helpful.

The gym had comprehensive equipment, it aided maintaining my fitness routine. Early check-in was available upon my overnight flight, this was very useful. The hotel provides convenient access to museums and subway stations.

I enjoyed a spacious room that provided fine vistas. The bed and sheets offered extreme comfort, which guaranteed restful sleep. I found there was more than enough storage space for luggage and winter coats.

The hotel staff were always helpful. Timothy, the doorman, offered great advice about the city. The bellman handled our bags with ease! The location across from the park allowed easy access to attractions. It was convenient.
I noticed that the fridge in the room could only hold a few small water bottles. It was inconvenient to keep other drinks cold.

The gym provided good equipment for workouts, including treadmills and weights. Breakfast occurs on the 46th floor, and it provides beautiful views. Guests can enjoy the scenery during the morning meal.

The room included storage space for bags and winter coats, helpful. Sheets and bed were supremely comfortable, resulting in restful sleep. The swivel chairs near the window offered excellent views.

The location was convenient to central park. That met my expectations.
The room was not excellent for the price. the air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to cool the room, a major discomfort. also, the oversized lamps on the bedside tables were a poor design choice. They took up too much space and were not functional.

underwhelming stay at a prime location
elevator malfunctionindifferent staff
the elevator malfunction was frightening. we were stuck for nearly an hour in sweltering heat and the call button didn't work. the staff's reaction afterward was shockingly indifferent (i expected at least an apology). it really soured the experience, especially after spending so much money on my trip here.

The location was excellent for central park access. The staff were always polite and willing to assist with requests. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of my room (a definite plus!).
The in-room air conditioning unit was quite noisy at night, making sleep slightly difficult.

The room was spacious and well-kept with ample space for luggage and belongings. The bed was comfortable, offering great support, with soft, fluffy pillows (i slept like a baby!). Fresh towels and linens were provided daily.
