I had a spacious room. Two double beds faced the Empire State Building. Housekeeping was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here AGAIN.
My room felt a little shabby. Some paintwork was flaking. Overall the room reminded me of it needed a bit of a revamp.

There were no breakfast options in the hotel. a restaurant was located by the lobby. Guests could get something to eat there. A bar was also available near the lobby, as well as a sitting area.

The staff gave good service with room cleaning. They were very helpful and nice to every guest. Several guests pointed out individual staff like Kodie Harris who were very professional.

The room had a big mirror, a kettle, a fridge, and a hairdryer. The shower included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There was space for suitcases and shoes by the door along with some hangers.

kodie at the front desk is so awesome she helped me a lot with my reservation questions i always try my best to get my favorite room i also appreciate the bellmen for storing my bags. juan roy and salvie are super. i stayed in a spacious room with two double beds facing the building it was really neat. the housekeeping staff kept everything super clean and they were very friendly.
the room felt a little shabby some paintwork was flaking it seemed like it needed a bit of a revamp it wasn't a big deal though.

the staff was very helpful plus i received an upgrade that's always a pleasant surprise the front desk team was very responsive to requests the bell service worked efficiently.

the room had a fridge to store snacks and drinks there were normal power sockets and usb ports available by the bed the hotel provided toiletries that was very useful there were hangers with clothes hangers available it was good.

mixed feelings at this hotel
loud air conditioningdirty windows
this hotel was not what i was expected. the check-in didnt feel complete, and i did not get a introduction to the hotel. the air conditioning was so loud, and i feel that security was not good because the lobby was open at night. the windows were so dirt. i was so sad and not feeling welcome.

The room was spacious with a king size bed. The lobby had a large lounge entrance and work area. I found the location convenient for accessing various parts of the city. Staff provided friendly service and check-in was smooth.
The window quality was poor. Street noise was quite audible at night.

The hotel has a cafe in the lobby serving excellent coffee. Morning coffees and pastries were available daily. I found the Stumptown coffee particularly good and the chia pudding included fresh figs.

The hotel is located perfectly for walking and subway access. I found it convenient to reach restaurants and shopping areas. Madison Square Park, ideal for dog watching, is nearby. This location is central for many activities.
