The room was too small. I did not expect much space, but moving around with luggage felt impossible. I was also unhappy with the noise levels. Sounds from the hallway traveled straight into my room, disrupting my sleep.

The location are good. It have a subway station close to it. The room were very clean and complete, so it feels true to it's description. Employees was friendly and helpful with every concern.
I arrived to be told that i got upgrade. The room that I booked was a single with shower and toilet. The room have no air conditioning, that was not good. The front desk staff are not friendly at all.

The location is great. It's close to many cafes, restaurants, and public transport. I walked to tourist spots like 5th Avenue and MoMA. The staff were polite and the cleaning lady on the 14th floor was funny. The room had good lighting with dimmable overhead lights.
The headboard has a shelf. It pressed into the back of my skull when I sat up.
