My stay at the hotel was quite the experience! The customer service was stellar, with helpful staff always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but did show signs of aging. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance issues. The dining options were good, especially during the happy hour. Overall, while there are some improvements needed, the service and amenities made it a decent stay.
