convenient location walking distance fresh flowers early check-in additional fee significant inconvenience
The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance of many museums and bars. The fresh flowers everywhere were AMAZING!!!
I was told that I could check in early for an additional fee. The room was not ready for hours after the promised time. This caused significant inconvenience.

the rooftop terrace was alright.
I hate to say it, but the club lounge was a letdown. It lacked an espresso machine (how am i supposed to wake up?). the breakfast was the same every day. i expected more variety.

slow check-in unresponsive staff
The check-in process was INCREDIBLY slow. My room was not ready at the stated check-in time. I had to wait an additional hour in the lobby. The delay was frustrating after a long day of travel. No one offered an apology or provided updates without me asking. This made a TERRIBLE first impression.
