the location was acceptable.
our room was right next to the elevators and the noise was constant. the room felt subpar, more like a 2-star than a 3-star. the shower had very low water pressure and several lights did not work.

The staff was really helpful. Celia at the front desk was particularly friendly and she was very helpful during check-in (i really appreciated her kindness). The view from my room was amazing.
The parking situation was not ideal. There were more guests than available spaces. It also was that spaces did not fit regular sized cars, so most guests needed to occupy two spaces rather than just one.

The location was useful as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The room showed some wear and tear. There was a visible crack on the wall. The toilet also had noticeable yellow stains. The gym equipment was not fully functional. Some machines were broken.
