the staff provided sincere assistance with a lost item they attempted to contact me repeatedly to ensure its return the location proved convenient due to the short walk to the metro several supermarkets are within easy reach some operate almost 24 hours i found this quite useful. the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. i also appreciated the complimentary coffee.
unfortunately i found the room to be rather small particularly with luggage space was limited.

the staffs was cooperative, they were friendly and they gave me city tour informations. the receptionist Hind was helpful, she was very nice to me. i find this hotel good value for money.
the room i got was to small for two peoples, the bed was almost sticked to the wall. there were only twenty centimeter on each side. there is only one small furniture, space became filled with affairs quick.

the staff were helpful . i was able to leave my luggage before check-in to explore. the hotel is only a few minutes from a metro station. free coffee in reception was nice.
the room felt quite small for me. there was barely any space left to move around comfortably. the bathroom also felt small and cramped.
