convenient location kind staff small room outside noise
i found the location very convenient. it was near a metro station and the staff were consistently kind. they were helpful with directions and information. i am grateful the breakfast had fresh croissants.
the room was smaller than i anticipated. there was also some noise from outside that was disruptive. the noise came through the window. i think better soundproofing would help.

excellent stay near bastille
helpful staff renovated interior clean bathrooms
The staff was very helpful. They seemed well-trained. the hotel was newly renovated and the interior was warm. the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were very clean indeed.
i have to say, the absence of a kettle in the room was unexpected. it would be nice to make a cup of tea in the room.

The reception team was very lovely. The cleaning team was also very helpful. The interior design was beautiful in the rooms and communal areas.

wow, just amazing!
amazing location nearby supermarket hour reception
i totally enjoyed the location! it was amazing, lots of metro stations and bus stops were close by. nearby supermarkets and bakeries made everything easy. the 24-hour reception was a plus, that's super convenient. i also really liked the cleanliness, the design, and the location with all the restaurants around!
the soap in the shower wasn't refilled, so i had to use my own. i think this could improve my visit next time.

this hotel is practically in the center of bastille! i found very convenient transport nearby, and it makes getting to any part very easy. there are wonderful cafés within walking distance.
