i found the location very convenient. it was near a metro station and the staff were consistently kind. they were helpful with directions and information. i am grateful the breakfast had fresh croissants.
the room was smaller than i anticipated. there was also some noise from outside that was disruptive. the noise came through the window. i think better soundproofing would help.

The staff was very helpful. They seemed well-trained. the hotel was newly renovated and the interior was warm. the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were very clean indeed.
i have to say, the absence of a kettle in the room was unexpected. it would be nice to make a cup of tea in the room.

i totally enjoyed the location! it was amazing, lots of metro stations and bus stops were close by. nearby supermarkets and bakeries made everything easy. the 24-hour reception was a plus, that's super convenient. i also really liked the cleanliness, the design, and the location with all the restaurants around!
the soap in the shower wasn't refilled, so i had to use my own. i think this could improve my visit next time.
