The staff was POLITE and spoke good english. The room was well furnished with nice decor and cleaned everyday. The hotel was in a nice location with many food places nearby.
The bed linens were slightly dirty. i didn't feel safe or comfortable ! I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and i advise future guests to be very cautious with their valuables. i didn't feel safe or comfortable

small roomthin walls
the room size felt quite small it was difficult to move around freely especially with luggage the bathroom had very limited space making it a bit inconvenient to use also the walls seemed thin because i could clearly hear conversations and noises from neighboring rooms this lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax completely i also noticed that some of the furniture looked a little worn the tv remote was unresponsive needing new batteries

The location was good. It was close to metro and buses. The staff was very friendly, and always helpful. The rooms were nice and warm, I appreciated that.
The lift is very small to get into. I found it difficult with bigger luggage. our bathtub had some old stains and the bathroom had peeling wallpaper. It may be in need of a retouch.

The hotel sits in a very pleasant part of the city, close to metro and bus stops. The room I got had a bathtub. I found that very pleasing. The staff was helpful and kind, a real plus.
The light switch covers were a little loose.
