The hotel advertises a restaurant. it was not available. i was not informed before my stay. the solution offered was room service. a shower head in my room did not function. i found this disappointing.

The location was great being close to water, subways, and shopping in Soho.
The room was not cleaned well. I found dust on the bedside tables and the telephone was sticky with dust and hair from previous guests. I found the shower was not properly cleaned either.

The rooms had clean lines and great lighting! High-end touches. Staff members were friendly, attentive. I spent my mornings at the rooftop. It was FANTASTIC!!!
The TV streaming services did not work, and the shower top head was not operating.

The hotel is just five minutes from the main SoHo shopping area, easy to explore. Two subway stations are very close by. Transport links are convenient. The hotel has a great location!!!

The staff was lovely, especially at reception. i found the location central, near many shops. the room had a comfortable bed. housekeeping did an really good job. The room was super clean each day.
