convenient location friendly staff included breakfast terrible odor broken phone mice droppings
the location was really convenient. i could easily walk to macy's, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful. the included breakfast was also a plus, it gave me a good start to the day.
the room had a terrible odor, it smelled like someone had urinated in the corner. the phone in my room did not work, so i couldn't call the front desk. i also found some mice droppings in the corner of the room, not pleasant.

Convenient Stay in Midtown
convenient location free drink safe area many shops
I appreciated the hotel's location right by the subway (it made getting around simple). The staff provided complimentary tea, coffee, and water all day (a nice perk). The area felt safe, even late at night, so I could easily explore. The hotel is near many restaurants and shops (I had plenty of dining options).
The air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy. (It did disturb my sleep slightly.)

The included breakfast each morning offered many choices. I found the staff consistently helpful with directions. The lobby provided coffee and tea all day. This was convenient.
Street noise was noticeable at times. It disrupted sleep slightly.

the staff were always ready to help. i especially liked the availability of luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, a valuable amenity. i found this to be a great help for my travel plans. the subway access was nearby simplifying transportation throughout the city.
i found that the walls were thin, and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms. this did.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms

The hotel had a great location near the Herald Square subway stop. I found it easy to access lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Times Square and Rockefeller Center were also an easy walk away. I certainly took advantage of that! I also appreciated that the hotel would hold our luggage for free before and after checkout.
The parking was expensive, costing us $156 for 2 nights and 2.5 days. I think a better place + parking could possibly be found.

The front desk staff offered a cute and helpful service. The room staff also did a great job, maintaining the room well . Miguel provided great service at breakfast too.
