convenient stay close to attractions
helpful staff seamless check-in
the staff was helpful and friendly. i appreciated the quick conversation to arrange a car service back to the airport. check-in was seamless and the hotel staff stored my bags until my room was available. i felt secure since a keycard was required for entry.
the room was smaller than expected.

blood stain aged room
The location was acceptable (close to many attractions).
I was upset as the room was smaller than what I booked. One towel had a blood stain on it. The room seemed aged and the carpet was not clean.
