dirty carpetsmissing slippers
I noticed the hallways often had bags of dirty laundry sitting out. The carpets in the hallways also seemed quite dirty to me. The hotel did not provide slippers to wear to the hot pools. Guests had to either wear their shoes or walk on the unclean carpet to get there.

The rooftop hot tubs offered fantastic mountain views. They were sublime! The hotel provided free bus passes, thoughtful. I appreciated that the hotel is very stylish and modern.
Many areas of the room were very dusty it reminded me of it had not been cleaned recently. The air conditioner was loud. It impacted my rest. Light came through the main door this made the room bright even with lights off

I found the hot tub outside lovely. it had fantastic mountain views. the staff offered complimentary local coffee and tea daily. I appreciated that. garage parking was also available..
The gym lacked some equipment. I saw no fitness mat. there also were no free weights. i had to request coffee for the room daily. It was somewhat restrictive. the walk downtown was a bit further than i expected.
