skytrain stationconvenient travelcomfortable bedrude front deskdenied refundinadequate solution
the skytrain station connected easily. travel was very convenient to the airport. the location near a night market provided weekend entertainment. the bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows.
the front desk seemed annoyed and did not understand the situation. they initially promised a refund but later denied it after i left the city. staff told me to sit 30 meters away, it was rude. the hotel didn't want to solve the issue.
