I loved the location. It IS near everything! we got a newly renovated room, AND it was very nice. the staff was very friendly. They. i'm definitely coming back soon. I already miss it so much.
The entrance was a little sketchy. I was told to park in the underground parkade as it was "safer".

There are tons of food options nearby. It is so convenient! multiple restaurants surround the hotel, and several offer diverse cuisines. I didn't even need a car to find something tasty.

The staff provides excellent customer service. They're helpful! even with limited manpower at the front desk during late hours, the staff promptly addressed bedding issues. the staff definitely enhanced my stay!

This spot is in the heart of everything, and i loved it! it is within walking distance to points of interest. You don't even need a car. proximity to the beach and passenger ferry is especially handy!

the suite had a well-equipped kitchen, it even included a dishwasher! the living room featured a large screen tv and access to a nicely sized balcony. the completely renovated bathroom boasted a luxurious dual-head shower!

one of the elevators was out of service. this made wait times a little long. i stood in the hallway for about ten minutes waiting for the lift to arrive.

The suite was updated. I appreciated the location as it was within a 15-minute walk of several good restaurants. There was also a Starbucks just around the corner..
The room needed better maintenance. The chair in the seating area was broken. The rooftop pool was listed as being on the roof. it was actually on the third floor.
