Standard rooms on floors 2-4 offer two queen beds or one king bed, modern duvet blankets, and high thread count linens. All rooms include Nespresso machines and app casting TVs. Superior Suites (530 sq ft) have one queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, a full kitchen with an apartment-size fridge and stove, and a balcony. One-bedroom suites (580 sq ft) on floors 6-15 offer two queen beds or one king bed, a sitting area, a wet bar with a microwave, and a balcony. Two-bedroom suites (750 sq ft) on floors 16-17 feature Inner Harbour, Olympic Mountains, or Downtown Victoria views, a balcony with seating, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. Executive Penthouse Suites include views, balconies, sitting areas, and kitchenettes or full kitchens. Dog-friendly rooms are available on floors 2 and 9 (Traditional and One Bedroom Suites), with a pet fee of $25 per dog per night.

uneven experience at this hotel

The location is good. A short walk got me to most places. it's pretty convenient, i'll give them THAT.
Oh BOY, the room air conditioner was a pathetic portable unit that sounded like a jet engine. sleep quality suffered because of that thing. and get this, they tried to DOUBLE-CHARGE me at checkout. Can you believe it? the staff did fix it but the whole thing left a bad taste.
