Excellent Stay Experience
amazing breakfastcreative spacecomfortable couchstained towel
The on-site restaurant offered amazing breakfasts. I walked to shopping. I loved the creative use of space in my room. The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable. I enjoyed the access to the YWCA lane swim and gym. It was a nice bonus.
I had a towel with stains. It was not a nice surprise when I went to shower that morning.

the location was acceptable. the food at alouette bistro was excellent.
I tried to check in using the hotel's app, but it wasn't very handy. It wanted to be my room key. the front desk clerk seemed put out when i asked about breakfast vouchers. the air conditioner was very loud, it ran for a few minutes and then stopped only to start again soon after. It disturbed my sleep.

The hotel is close to many attractions. The room had a separate living room. I liked the location near bars and restaurants.
The room decor seemed old. The staff was sometimes confused. There were no umbrellas available to use when it rained I found the bathroom ventilation system very noisy.
