The location was alright. Ski valet service was present.
Our room was small compared to others at the same price, it REALLY surprised me. It was our wedding weekend. This. It was disappointing overall.

The room was acceptably clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
The shower stall was unbelievably small. I think I bruised my elbows just trying to wash. The pool area seemed inadequate. There were two hot tubs but the pool temperature felt rather cold.

The hotel is near the heart of the village. I found the heated outdoor pool very pleasant. I appreciated the spacious room that allowed relaxation. Kitchen facilities allowed us to cook a meal and eat on our balcony.
I had to pay extra for self-parking for two nights , which I did not expect.

The hotel is very close to the gondola, so it is very convenient. This makes accessing the slopes for skiing and snowboarding easy. Restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance.

The staff at the reception were both friendly and helpful. They answered my questions promptly and efficiently. The check-in process was quick, and I appreciated their willingness to assist with any requests.

The hotel offers a heated outdoor pool available . The gym has multiple machines for a full workout. There is also a spa on site, providing various treatments. I appreciated the laundry rooms located on the floors.

Fantastic Stay Close to Everything

The staff provided friendly and efficient service. I liked the comfortable, large room, especially the bed. The hot tubs and swimming pool were also great.. I found the location very convenient, close to the gondola. The hotel kept things clean .
I noticed that the fitness facilities received quite a bit of use and sometimes felt crowded during peak hours.
