fantastic suite

the hot tub and pool were great. the gym was nice. our room was a one bedroom suite. it had a nicely renovated kitchen and bathroom. the fireplace and balcony were also nice features. the free shuttle ran into the village until 1 am.
i found noise in the bedroom area at night. it sounded like a generator. there also wasn't a breakfast option available.

the hotel location provides a convenient shortcut to the main village. the walk down the mountain takes about five minutes. i noticed that appropriate shoes are needed for the loose dirt path.

the pool area and hot tubs were amazing! i loved that the free shuttle ran into the village until 1 am. it made getting around super easy and convenient. we had a one-bedroom suite with a renovated kitchen and bathroom.
it was a little too warm in the suite! and the resort does not have air conditioning.

the free bus runs every 30 minutes from the village and goes to the hotel, so transportation was never an issue. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with directions and information.

The free shuttle service ran frequently and efficiently to the upper village. I found it simple to access amenities and local attractions ( a lifesaver!). Our spacious one-bedroom suite included a full kitchen. It was well-equipped for preparing meals. The heated pool and hot tub provided relaxation after outdoor activities.
The parking spots felt a little tight but there always seemed to be one available.

The size of the one-bed suite was amazing. I could easily live there permanently. the kitchen had adequate equipment, the lounge area was huge. the bedroom and bathroom were a decent size too. the pool was so warm. i also appreciated the teapot in the room.
I found it a little too hot in the room. There was no air conditioning. i wish there was a better way to manage the temperature.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful .
The room lacked air conditioning, and it was uncomfortably hot despite the fans. This made it difficult to relax. I also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture which needs attention. It affected my stay negatively.

the shuttle service to the village ran very regularly. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and cute upon arrival. the room had organized utensils. the location is really convenient to access hiking trails.
the parking garage had tight spaces and it was difficult to maneuver my car. there were no available cards for the laundry facilities, inconvenient to do laundry. the tv channels stopped working randomly. one of the elevators was out of order .

The location was quite good for accessing the gondola by ski without much trouble I suppose.
The staff seemed unable to fix problems. The room was only serviced twice during my fourteen-night stay despite repeated requests. I could not use laundry facilities easily since the app required a North American phone number and they lacked plastic cards to purchase for the machines.
