Ocean Village Resort, Tofino

Ocean Village Resort offers rustic cabins facing MacKenzie Beach in Tofino. Options include one-bedroom cabins with oceanfront views and two-bedroom cabins steps from the sand. Each cabin features a propane fireplace, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom with a full-size tub and local organic products. One-bedroom cabins have a queen-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa. Two-bedroom cabins include a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size pull-out sofa. Garden suites offer garden views and a private seating area. Studio suites, located on the second storey, include a balcony with ocean views. Ground level suites have a picnic table.

Guests can swim in the indoor heated pool and relax in the hot tub. A token-operated laundry room is available. There is a common barbeque area. Seasonal lawn games and a garden maze called the Salal-brynth provide entertainment. Complimentary drive-up parking is included for one vehicle per cabin. MacKenzie Beach is dog-friendly; the resort provides two dog washing stations. Note that dogs must remain on-leash while on the property. Firewood and appliances are available for purchase; propane fire pits are complimentary.

Tofino offers various dining options. Many restaurants offer coastal-inspired meals.

Tofino is known as Canada's cold-water surfing capital. Tofino Paddle Surf, next door to Ocean Village, offers SUP and surf lessons and rentals. Shiatsu treatments are available onsite. The resort is 20 km from Tofino-Long Beach.

Ocean Village Resort is located at 555 Hellesen Drive in Tofino. To drive from Vancouver, take a BC Ferry from Horseshoe Bay or Tsawwassen to Nanaimo, then follow Highway 19 North to Highway 4 toward Port Alberni/Tofino. From Washington State, drive across the border at the Peace Arch Crossing or take a Black Ball Ferry from Port Angeles, WA, to Victoria. Convenient, regularly scheduled air service is available on select carriers from YAZ to Vancouver, Victoria, and Seattle. Harbour Air offers a seaplane flight between downtown Vancouver and the Tofino Marina during the high season (May - October).
