broken chromecastawful insulation
the tv situation was a real mess. the chromecast was broken , and the cable channels were terrible. maintenance came twice but failed to fix it , then they almost moved us , but changed their minds. all they offered was to waive the parking fee. also , the noise insulation is awful. i could hear everything in the hallway. someone even called our room at 3:30 am and hung up repeatedly. the front desk just said "sorry" , but it was not enough.

the location is really convenient. it's just around the corner from the lift and on a quiet street. bed sheets, comforters, and towels were white. the staff is super friendly and helpful.

the location proved convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions. the staff was consistently helpful. my room included a well-equipped kitchen.
the parking situation presented a challenge as spaces were limited. i found a corner in my room with unseen toenail clippings. the shower made a loud whistling sound when i turned it on.

convenient locationpoor noise insulation
the location proved convenient for exploring the area it was close to amenities.
the noise insulation was quite poor i could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances from the hallway and this made it difficult to relax the hotel clearly needs better soundproofing.

Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel's location provided convenient access to town. Underground parking was definitely a bonus, especially with ski equipment.
The bathroom fan was quite loud.
