annoying app limited space
The location was certainly convenient. It allowed easy access to nearby areas.
The hotel's reliance on an app for elevator and room access proved quite inconvenient. I found it particularly annoying early one morning when I just wanted a coffee. The room was also smaller than I anticipated. Space felt limited
