The location is very convenient. Access to the lifts is close. i found breakfast and apres snacks very tasty.
during check-in, the front desk agent didn't recognize my elite status. i showed the elite status directly, since it wasn't recognized upon check-in, but the front desk didn't seem to care about elite status.

the location was good, it placed me near everything.
this hotel really let me down. the front desk staff acted like i was bothering them, they wasn't cute at all. i asked for a late checkout, a perk i'm supposed to get, and they acted like i was asking for the moon.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

The room was clean, and the staff were generally nice. The location in the village is quite convenient.
The buffet breakfast was disappointing. I found it was not up to the standards one expects. The food seemed pre-cooked in large quantities and left out for a long time. Self-parking costs $32. I noticed the adjacent hotel charges less for the same parking lot.
