solid stay near english bay
comfortable bed nice toiletries early check-in room cleanliness
The room had a king bed, and i found it quite comfortable. the hotel provided toiletries that smelled very nice. That was appreciated. early check-in was available, which i found helpful after my travels. the room size was good, and its cleanliness was evident
i noticed a slight musty smell on the second level, it seemed like an older part of the building.

The location is perfect and walkable to nearby attractions. the hotel is close to the ocean. you can actually hear seals in the morning from the hotel. denman street is in walking distance. There are great restaurants there!

poor ventilation noisy air conditioner
the ventilation it sucked. my room was too hot, thermostat didn't seem to work. they told me to turn on the air conditioner, but it was loud and didn't cool the room much. i think they need a better system for the whole building.

noisy elevators vending machines
the king bed in the room was very comfy..
i booked the lowest cost room rate. i found that these rooms are all directly next to the elevators and vending machines. the building needs a remodel.

i was close to stanley park and english bay. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the shower had good water pressure. the staff was cute and helpful .
the parking was difficult for a large suv. it was hard to maneuver in the lot.

Convenient Coastal Getaway
easy access helpful staff
The location offers easy access to local attractions. I liked that the suite room provided ample space. The staff at the front desk were very helpful.
The heating unit was unusually noisy. This made it difficult to sleep well. A space heater became necessary due to the cold temperature, but it tripped the power breaker, causing inconvenience. I hope they address this soon.
