helpful staff dinner reservation lounge bar
The front desk staff was very helpful. Ryan secured last-minute dinner reservations. The restaurant staff was also great! I appreciated the pianist playing in the lounge bar.
The WiFi connection was occasionally slow.

Excellent Hotel Stay!
helpful staff great advice cool detail friendly valet
The hotel staff helped me find an amazing restaurant and gave excellent advice. They helped a lot with my luggage too! I loved those long coats and bowler hats the footmen wore. It was a cool detail. The door staff and valets are friendly. They helped from my arrival. The hotel's service felt super attentive and professional.
It would be great to have TVs to stream Netflix. That's one tiny thing that would improve the experience.

Underwhelming Experience
dated room insufficient lighting
The location was acceptable given it is downtown.
My room felt quite dated the lighting was insufficient. I found it odd they only provided a power bar on one side of the bed. It seems a pretty simple fix to provide one on each side of the bed.

decent stay downtown
friendly staff central location good breakfast tiny bathroom dated design soap dispenser
i was charmed by the friendly staff, from the valet team to the front desk. my room was surprisingly quiet, which i needed. the location was central and close to shopping. the breakfasts were also quite good with quality ingredients.
The bathroom felt tiny. The shower and tub were small. i noticed there wasn't much counter space. i found the hotel a bit dated. the room design felt strange with the bath in a corner alcove with no soap dispenser.
