I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is absolutely perfect, right in Little Italy and walkable to many attractions, my room left a lot to be desired in terms of size and amenities. The dining options were okay, but nothing special, and I found the service to be hit or miss. Overall, it has potential, but some improvements could really enhance the stay.

The room I stayed in was quite tiny and lacked sufficient washcloths. Additionally, it had a stale smoke smell despite being labeled a non-smoking room.
