the location was really handy for getting around. i was close to lots of places i wanted to see. the room was also quiet and i appreciated that. i even got a food credit which was really nice.
finding the right parking spot was a bit of a puzzle. i drove around a while, trying to find it. the pillows in the room weren't so great either. i didn't have the best sleep.

the hotel's location is very convenient because it is near the seabus. the nearby market provided many shopping options. the staff members were helpful . i also found the room itself to be quite spacious (a definite plus!).
the bathroom looked somewhat aged, and i found the absence of a fan a little peculiar.

the room was spacious with a nice view over the water. location close to sea bus terminal. staff were very efficient and personable.
i stayed two nights , had booked room with balcony. it turned out it was adjacent to observation tower and two intruders jumped onto my deck and crossed it at 9 pm at night. i called front desk , they said they would alert security. at checkout next day i complained clerk said i would likely expect some "compensation for your reservation" because of the incident.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues

The location proved unbeatable, situated right atop the Lonsdale Quay Market and adjacent to the SeaBus station.
My family and I stayed here for three nights. On the last night, the door lock broke, and we were trapped in the room for about 12 hours. We contacted the front desk, and they tried unsuccessfully to open the door. Management told us to wait in the room until 9 AM (my child was very anxious).

my room was clean. it had close access to the sea bus terminal, which i found helpful. the staff was good and addressed my concerns quickly.
the pillows were lumpy and not comfortable (it was hard to get a good night's sleep). the room felt somewhat dated with dark decor.
