The Premium Executive Suite measures 750 square feet and includes a separate bedroom and living area with a king size bed. Located on the 30th floor, the Executive Penthouse Suite measures 750 square feet and offers views of English Bay, the North Shore mountains, and the city skyline.

The hotel has C|Prime Italian Restaurant, serving Italian food and steakhouse cuisine. Beyond Coffee offers salads, sandwiches, desserts, and gelato. Guests can have meals in their rooms through room service. Beyond Coffee delivers via DoorDash. C|Prime provides catering services for events.

The Duty Manager was very helpful and accommodating. I had two large windows that viewed the skyline! I also received a complimentary breakfast..

Excellent stay!
fresh air coffee maker
The room had a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker complete with coffee. I liked that I could open the windows a bit to get fresh air. I also got a $10 voucher for the coffee shop downstairs because I declined housekeeping (what a nice perk!).
There was limited cookware in the kitchen. If you have an apartment with a kitchen, you need more utensils and cookware.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I saw the pool area with twenty loungers and a shaded section (perfect for those sunny days!). The business center offers three computers and a printer.

solid stay
good size room separate bedroom convenient location
i had a very good size room. it had a separate bedroom with a big sitting area and mini kitchen including equipment and cutlery. i also appreciated the air conditioning since the weather was warm. the bus to victoria stops right outside too.
the wall mounted air conditioner leaked when i entered. the carpet was soaked for about six feet. maintenance came a few times, but nothing happened.

the gym offers many cardio machines. it also includes weight stations and dumbbells. towels are available at both the gym and the pool, very convenient.

my room offered super views. a perfectly sized kitchen had all we needed. coffee pods were also provided. this was a nice touch, and i found it quite useful here.

The room was large. It was definitely a One-Bedroom Suite. A full kitchen was available. It included a stove and a refrigerator. I appreciated the fitness center. It offered several treadmills.. along with weight machines.
One of the elevators was a little slow during peak hours.

Fantastic stay!
prime location city views fast check-in efficient staff
The location ROCKS. I walked everywhere with ease. My King Studio had city views! The front desk folks were fast. They checked me in without a hitch.
The bathroom situation involved adjusting hot and cold water knobs separately, old style.

I visited the restaurant and the service was definitely great. It was excellent. My meal included perfectly cooked food, everything was seasoned beautifully. The staff were friendly and professional.
