The location was ideal. It was close to various restaurants. i liked that the hotel was a short walk from bc place. the staff provided helpful directions and recommendations. the hotel had a secure parking area, convenient.
the coffee machine in the lobby was temporarily out of service .

i found the filtered water onsite very practical. the nespresso machine had several pod choices. frankie's restaurant was excellent and accommodating.
unloading luggage proved a little awkward due to the location layout however the bellman offered great assistance.

The location suited my plans well. I could walk to different places easily. the staff offered early check-in upon my arrival, which helped a lot! the proximity to bc place was AMAZING!!! i didn't need my car.

i appreciate the hotel location was very close to attractions. staff gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and local places. they assisted with arranging transportation from the airport. the room has comfortable beds, i liked it a lot.
the coffee machine not working was a slight problem, but i did find a solution.

i found the location very convenient, especially since i was attending an event at bc place. the hotel is directly across the street. the staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. the underground parking was definitely a plus!
the destination marketing fee was an unexpected charge at checkout, even though the room was prepaid.
