Refurbished Rooms Was so nice
modern flooringwhite wallsupgraded furniturecomfortable bed
I found the renovated rooms good. The vinyl flooring looked modern, and the clean white walls brightened the space. Upgraded furniture gave the room a fresh feel. I also slept well in the very comfortable bed.
The breakfast room felt a little small considering the number of guests. It got a bit crowded at peak times.

Our room included two queen beds. It had completely new furniture. The tile in the shower was older, YET it was very clean. A new 4K TV was available with many channels.

The staff were FRIENDLY and accommodating throughout my stay. Carlos provided Really good service, including a shuttle ride. The team ensured a seamless experience.

The location was VERY convenient. It made exploring the city easy. I found free Wi-Fi access, fast. Indoor parking was also free.

the location allowed simple access to various attractions we found the complimentary shuttle to the port super useful the driver provided interesting local information the breakfast offered many options and everything was fresh and plentiful
the underground parking felt a little tight but it was manageable overall

the hotel is close to the city center this allows easy access to many restaurants and shops we found a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance it made getting around quite simple

our king suite featured a kitchenette this included a small refrigerator and a microwave the room also had a sofa bed it was useful for relaxing in the evenings the room was clean and quiet

the room was clean and modern. it was spacious enough for a group. the breakfast was good each morning. the staff was helpful.
the bathroom had a big crack on the sink counter. the water pressure was weak. the room could have been cleaned better. i found crumbs.

The breakfast was great with many fresh, tasty choices. Service during breakfast was also great. The atmosphere felt very pleasant.
Sound proofing between the rooms was not good. I could hear everything from the room next to mine. The door between my room had a large gap. Loud noises came through to my room.
