thin walls poor ventilation
the walls seemed quite thin i could clearly hear other guests. there was a group , made a lot of noise late at night disturbing sleep. i also noticed the bathroom lacked adequate ventilation. after showering the mirror remained fogged for a very long time it was an inconvenience.

i found ample free parking spaces. the garden was lovely, i enjoyed sitting there. my premier double room was well-equipped with toiletries. i appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks provided in my room.
i noticed some noise from other residents early in the morning.

the room was very clean and well-kept. the location was a short walk to the harbour and town center. i also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and snacks provided for the kids. the seating area outside had very nice views.
other guests woke me up early. it was unclear who could handle the noise issue.

warm welcome thoughtful extras garden spaces
Erica's warm welcome really set the tone. she provided thoughtful extras like sandwiches for our walks. Such kindness. the breakfast each morning included good touches. i found the garden spaces serene, perfect for moments of peace.
the tv remote was slightly unresponsive, that's all.

friendly staff free snacks comfortable bed
The staff was very friendly and cute. The room had free snacks and a minibar. Breakfast had lots of choice and was nice. The bed was really comfortable. I'd stay here again, for sure.
I noticed other residents woke us early, at 4:15am and kept us awake. There was no one onsite it seemed to address the noise.
