Erica's warm welcome really set the tone. she provided thoughtful extras like sandwiches for our walks. Such kindness. the breakfast each morning included good touches. i found the garden spaces serene, perfect for moments of peace.
the tv remote was slightly unresponsive, that's all.

the hotel has a very convenient location, within walking distance to the harbour. the surrounding area presents easy access to the town center and local attractions. this made exploring so easy.

The staff was very friendly and cute. The room had free snacks and a minibar. Breakfast had lots of choice and was nice. The bed was really comfortable. I'd stay here again, for sure.
I noticed other residents woke us early, at 4:15am and kept us awake. There was no one onsite it seemed to address the noise.
