cool design attentive staff
The room had a cool design and lovely views! The location was perfect for exploring, close to many bars and restaurants. The staff were very nice and attentive, always ready to help. I found the hotel decor BEAUTIFUL.
The windows in the room could have been cleaner. There was SOME dust on the bedside lamps.

The staff WAS friendly and helpful.
I FOUND the minibar lacking. Its selection seemed limited and overpriced. The ice machine on my floor was out of order during my entire stay. I HAD to go to another floor for ice, inconvenient, especially late at night.

Stylish stay in a prime LOCATION
prime location attentive staff garden patio delicious food
I chose this hotel because of its location. The staff was attentive. They assisted with directions and recommendations. The lobby and garden patio offered space for relaxation and work. I found a great restaurant nearby, Katz's Deli. The food was delicious.
The room windows were not cleaned regularly. I noticed some accumulated dust on tables.

The room had stylish decor and the bathroom design was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom mirrored the photos. My room was close to the elevator. I experienced no noise issues.

Staff members were helpful and efficient. They assisted with early check-in. The lobby area is secured from the public after a certain hour. Free umbrellas were available. I found them useful on a rainy day.

meticulous care great service comfortable bed
the staff was great and rooms were meticulously taken care of each day. restaurant staff were awesome with service above and beyond. the BED was comfortable, a tender sleep i experienced.
the air conditioning sounded like a car engine. it was not romantic at all. it ruined the ambiance of the room.

the hotel bar is very cute and creates a relaxed vibe . it features an extensive drink menu and seating arrangements that encourage conversation. the bar offers both classic cocktails and creative new concoctions.

excellent stay
helpful staff ideal location amazing views stylish decor
i found the staff very helpful and attentive i especially liked how quickly they responded to requests. the location was ideal near many restaurants and bars. the rooftop offered amazing views of the surrounding area i enjoyed spending time up there. the room decor was stylish and unique adding to the overall experience.
the toiletries provided were quite small i would have liked larger sizes for my stay.

the room had good quality amenities and nice decor and the bed was comfortable. the room size was adequate and it was clean. there was a nice view of the neighbourhood from the window.

there is a rooftop terrace which provides nice views of the area i found the hotel to have a charming feel. the outdoor garden was also nice and offered natural light. i was pleased with the hotel facilities overall.
