The location was pretty good. It made getting around quite easy.
The room felt really cramped. there was practically no space to move around with luggage. the included breakfast was a letdown. It was just a voucher for a nearby cafe with very limited options. i definitely expected more from this hotel.

i found the staff kind and helpful. the hotel provided complimentary water bottles upon request. also, the free guided walking tours were a nice perk. i was impressed by the attentiveness of the entire team.
the gym seemed a bit cramped.

The beautiful king room was super clean and the design was superb. the bathroom had functional features, including a rainfall shower and quality toiletries. It created a relaxing and luxurious experience.

the location is ideal and convenient to many attractions. several main subway lines are within walking distance and offer easy access to various parts of the city. madison square garden is also nearby.

Fantastic Stay at this Gem!

The room featured a REALLY cool headboard, along with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was super clean, just what I wanted after a long day. The staff, including those in the coffee shop, were friendly and professional. I felt genuinely well cared for from arrival to departure.
My room was on the third floor. I did not have a view, thanks to a neighboring building close to the window. This made the room perpetually dim, even with ample lighting.

The hotel has a NICE cocktail bar, a good coffee shop, and a lobby bar, so guests have choices. Breakfast is delicious. The coffee shop offers a cozy atmosphere, which makes the dining experience pleasant.

The hotel has easy access to many parts of the city. This makes exploring convenient. The hotel offers complimentary wine from 5-6pm daily. I appreciated the warm, tasteful ambiance throughout the entire premises.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful .
The breakfast was honestly a scam. I expected a buffet with variety, but it was just a voucher for a tiny restaurant with very limited options. The room was also small. This hotel definitely does NOT meet the standards of a five-star hotel.

The location was perfect. The hotel is conveniently close to many restaurants. Breakfast was included with my room and featured a good sandwich, which I REALLY enjoyed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. .!! The hotel has a great atmosphere and the rooms were beautiful.
The gym was tiny, a slight disappointment considering the room price.
