Central Stay with Excellent Service
friendly staff convenient location
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the subway station making it easy to move around. I appreciated the complimentary drinks available daily in the room.
The room I booked seemed smaller than expected. There was also noise coming from the street at night I could hear from my room, hard for me to sleep.

The hotel has a great location. It is close to the subway. The staff were attentive and helpful. There was complimentary juice and water in the room.
The cooling system did not work properly. The room could not heat up. The coffee machine was not functional. Housekeeping never attended to the room (it was only two nights, though).

my room, THE innside room queen, was never cleaned. the hotel charged an UNEXPECTED fee of $40 per night for bottled water and internet. seriously?

Fantastic Stay with Great Location
convenient location friendly staff efficient elevators
I found the location very convenient. It was only a short walk to many attractions. The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient (they even offered complimentary water). The elevators were fast, a huge plus for getting to my room on the higher floors.
The nespresso machine in the room was not functional , a real disappointment.

The gym has floor to ceiling windows, a view to the city and modern equipment, including three treadmills. There is also complimentary beverages provided daily, along with restocked tea and coffee. This ensures guests have access to refreshments and wellness amenities.
