“I recently dined at the newly opened Brasserie restaurant at Hotel Barrière Fouquet's and was blown away by the culinary delights. The east coast oysters were fresh and delicious, but the highlight was the French onion soup, which was the best I've ever had. Our main courses, including the luscious dover sole and grilled rib eye, were just as nice. The service was excellent, with our server, Alex, adding a personal touch to the evening.
