charming brooklyn stay!

friendly staff comfortable bed excellent shower refreshing pool
The staff was super friendly and helpful! the room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. i especially liked the shower. It was excellent!!! the pool was a total bonus and very refreshing after a long day.
the elevator wait times could be a bit long sometimes.

handy location, good stay

good shower good water pressure good climate control
i was pleased with the room. the shower had good water pressure. the climate control worked well. i liked the subway access too, it was just a short walk.
the ice machine was out of service on my floor so it was not a good experience.

fantastic stay!

warm greeting efficient check-in
The front desk staff greeted me so warmly! they were super efficient with check-in. the room was also quiet. I didn't hear any street noise at all. i appreciated the restaurant connected to the premises!
the elevators seemed a little slow. i had to wait longer than expected each time. it was slightly inconvenient.

The diner offered a delicious menu! everything was prepared fresh to order. I especially enjoyed the breakfast options. the service was quick and very friendly!

The room featured a large, comfortable king-size bed. the bathroom was very clean and well-kept. Dove products were provided, and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!!! i also liked that the window could be opened for fresh air.
