Wonderful location, excellent service.
kind note convenient location helpful staff
The staff placed sweets and a kind note in our room upon arrival. This occurred because we were on our honeymoon. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. I found the convenient location very helpful .
I noticed that the gym could use some updates. Some of the equipment was not working correctly. I hope this will be addressed soon.

subway station luggage storage
The location proved very convenient. i found canal street subway station just four minutes away, a great asset for exploring the area. luggage storage was useful. I left my things for about seven hours with no issues.
i noticed peeling furniture in the room.

i found the staff consistently professional. the room was very clean upon arrival. housekeeping ensured fresh towels daily. i liked the location, which allowed easy access to several subway lines.
i noticed the gym had limited hours.

convenient location floral entryway cool vibe slow lifts uninterested staff lacking maintenance
i found the location quite convenient. the floral entryway made a nice impression. i also appreciated the hotel's design, i thought it had a cool vibe.
The lifts were a bit slow. It got frustrating sometimes. the front desk staff seemed uninterested. Not very helpful. i also noted a lack of maintenance in the room. It could use some touch-ups
