The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had fabulous views. I found the bedding comfortable.
The water bottles available in the room said 'complimentary' in big letters, though small print indicated a $6 charge if you were not a status member.

The location was convenient. It was close to public transportation, including the subway, and many attractions were within walking distance (this saved a lot on taxi fares!). The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to offer assistance.
The rooms were smaller than expected (i was expecting more space). There was also no coffee machine in the room, which i missed in the mornings. I wish they offered complimentary water, but only elite members of hyatt received it.

I appreciated the perfect location. It was close to everything yet quiet at night. My room featured a comfortable bed, perfect after a long day (I slept like a log). The staff was helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. I also liked the signature scent in the lobby, quite refreshing.
The room was a little small. I wish there was more space to move around.

i observed the room was very quiet. the location near bryant park presented great convenience. the staff proved quite helpful and friendly. we stored our bags after checkout, allowing us a full day for sightseeing without encumbrance.
i notice the bathroom lighting presented itself as somewhat dim.
