I won a trip to NYC and stayed at this hotel, where I was warmly welcomed from the moment I checked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of amenities, as there was no restaurant or bar, and my room wasn't cleaned during my entire stay. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows, but the excellent service made up for some of the challenges.

The room was small and lacked a view, as the window only let in sunlight without a sight outside. It was disappointing that there was no daily cleaning.

The service was exceptional, especially the doorman who went out of his way to help with my transportation and any requests I had. Some staff were less friendly, but the helpful ones really stood out.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring NYC, just minutes from Times Square and Central Park, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
