The staff provided complimentary water bottles daily! It was a kind gesture.
The room television was an older model. It did not allow connection of my Fire Stick. This limited entertainment options! There also was no microwave available. I would have liked one in a common area.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. they generously accommodated my request, placing me on the top floor. getting around using the subway was easy. The hotel is a short walk from the station. it's just outside the busy times square area, remaining surprisingly quiet despite its central location.
The gym is very bare, it features a shoulder press, chest press, and lat pull-down. the seated row multi machine can be used for many movements. however, the dumbbells are light. I don't think they go beyond 20kg.

the hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea each morning, a welcome start to the day. there was also a happy hour with a glass of red or white wine, along with apples. it provided a pleasant way to unwind after sightseeing.

This location is fabulous. It has easy access to multiple subway lines. it is walkable to many areas, a definite plus for exploring. i really appreciated the central positioning. Getting around was easy.

the hotel provided fresh filtered water throughout the day and night without charge. the hotel allowed me to check in early and offered to store my luggage for free on the day of checkout. these services were very convenient!!!
