I won a trip to NYC and stayed at this hotel, where I was warmly welcomed from the moment I checked in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of amenities, as there was no restaurant or bar, and my room wasn't cleaned during my entire stay. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows, but the excellent service made up for some of the challenges.
