The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The location was perfect, close to many landmarks and subways. The room was clean and the cleaning service people did an excellent job each day. The bathroom always sparkled. The room was always made up.
The room was a bit dark because it faced another building but I did not mind too much because I spent most of the day outside.

The room had comfortable beds and fresh linens . I really enjoyed the balcony. It provided a nice spot for morning coffee. The bathroom featured premium toiletries that added a touch of luxury.

The front desk provided quick assistance with all inquiries and requests. The doorman was constantly helpful and friendly, assisting guests. The concierge offered useful advice about local attractions. I really appreciated their knowledge.

A good Italian restaurant is located just a block away and offers authentic dishes. John's Coffee Shop is two blocks away on 2nd Avenue and serves great coffee. Room service was prompt and efficient.

the location was good and close to grand central.
i had a king-suite room, and i expected more. the room was clean initially, but after closer inspection, it was evident that the attention to detail was lacking. i likely will check availability elsewhere next time i am in the city.

I found the staff very friendly and always ready to assist. Freddy, the bellman, particularly impressed me with his friendly greetings and help. Our room was comfortable, and I liked how swiftly they addressed our requests for extra items like towels and blankets. I appreciated that the hotel responded promptly to any issues that arose.
I felt the shower door in the one-bedroom suite should be a bit longer. The water sometimes splashed onto the floor.

The rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. The bathroom features ample counter space for toiletries (this is a big plus!). There is a Starbucks inside the hotel, which offers a convenient option for coffee and snacks.
