Really good Stay Experience

My room was luxurious and clean. I appreciated the perfect size. Hotel staff was friendly. They were also very helpful. The hotel entrance had a very nice atmosphere and smell. I enjoyed a live piano performance. Several restaurants are within walking distance around the hotel. The gym was a nice bonus.
During check-in, the room temperature was low, and the heater seemed unable to raise it effectively.

The location provides great access to food options including restaurants and grocery stores. Subway access to the 1 line makes travelling convenient. The neighborhood is quiet. many shops and restaurants are nearby.

The lobby bar looked fun. The ground floor has a hip piano lounge bar, attracting a mixed crowd. There is no room service menu. Guests can order food and drinks from the lounge bar. Billing is added to the room.

The staff is very friendly and very service oriented, from the doorman to the front desk. The front desk helps send ordered food up to the room. The staff ensures comfort. Personalized attention makes the visit special.
