a pleasant stay
stylish room super clean room new hotel paper thin walls loud neighbors door noise
i was upgraded to a suite for my stay. the room was stylish and super clean. i was surprised to learn the hotel was renovated in 2021 as it felt brand new.
i heard the house keepers opening and closing doors. my neighbors were having a good time talking. i heard everything in my room.

roomy suite friendly staff jazz trio
I had a roomy suite! It featured beautiful decor and lots of amenities. The staff was fantastic and friendly. I enjoyed the lounge's jazz trio and fireplace on my night there. The suite's bathroom included high-end finishes!
I found some noise from the lounge and elevator, it was noticeable since my room was on the same floor, close to them. Windows couldn't stay open at night, because I was at street level.

The hotel provides a well-equipped fitness center accessible 24/7. a stylish bar that serves a variety of cocktails and snacks, so I could keep up with my routine. There is also a business center. I was able to print some documents.

Excellent Upper West Side Experience

The location was convenient for accessing both Hudson and Central Park. The staff always offered a warm welcome. I received a bottle of wine from the staff because it was my anniversary (very appreciated). My room included a private terrace, which enhanced my stay.
The absence of room service was a slight inconvenience.

The staff members, including the doorman and front desk personnel, were efficient and friendly. Everyone was service-oriented and helpful (a true asset to this hotel). I felt genuinely welcomed .

The hotel featured a hip piano lounge bar on the ground floor. It attracts a mixed crowd of both younger and older patrons. There is a seated outdoor balcony (with two seats) that is part of the room with fantastic views.

Really good Stay Experience
clean room helpful staff nice atmosphere live performance
My room was luxurious and clean. I appreciated the perfect size. Hotel staff was friendly. They were also very helpful. The hotel entrance had a very nice atmosphere and smell. I enjoyed a live piano performance. Several restaurants are within walking distance around the hotel. The gym was a nice bonus.
During check-in, the room temperature was low, and the heater seemed unable to raise it effectively.

The location provides great access to food options including restaurants and grocery stores. Subway access to the 1 line makes travelling convenient. The neighborhood is quiet. many shops and restaurants are nearby.
